Scoring fixed and updated start screen

Hi all,
Some major changes were made due to a score breaking bug:
- There was a bug in scoring, where tall buildings were accidentally scored twice. As this was fixed, a decision was made that it was best to clear out the high scores to be more fair. My high score is currently at 105975.
- Menu option added to manually clear the high score.
- More visual flair, more screen shakes are triggered than before (yay) and the combo meter starts shaking at high numbers
- The graphic I used for label is now used for intro screen now. You will now always see the smug kaiju in the beginning of the game, maybe taunting you to do better?
