Updated throw ability and combos

Hi all,
Updated the game with fixes and Kaiju abilities.
- THROW ability now has longer range, from 5 to 10 tiles. It also costs 2 energy now.
- Added THROW STRENGTH UP that lets the thrown object penetrate several mobs and buildings
- Added ZAP RANGE UP that adds one tile for zap range
- Added high score tracker, using PICO8's cart data persistence. It will show up on start screen and game over screen will notify if you've reached a higher score.
- Fixed a bunch of bugs in regards to combo meter. It now won't reset when you CHOMP, ZAP and THROW as long as you hit something.
- CHOMP now gives XP for eaten mob
- HP UP and ENERGY UP is now capped at 20 for max hp and max energy respectively
Current token count is 8032 / 8192. It is uploaded on PICO-8 BBS.
